Owens was formally charged this morning with Class 4 possession of a controlled substance and Gent was charged with two counts Class 4 possession of a controlled substance.

The driver of the vehicle, 21-year-old Adam Halstead, of Centralia, was formally charged today with Class 2 felony possession of schedule 1 and 2 narcotics, two counts possession of schedule 4 narcotics, and misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis.
