CLINTON COUNTY — Two men are in the Clinton County jail after being arrested over the weekend on multiple weapons charges.

25-year-old Tyler Duke was arrested Sunday for alleged aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated assault. 46-year-old Dwanne Duke was arrested for alleged aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated assault, and battery.

Law enforcement responded Saturday night to a report of four subjects fighting near the intersection of Camp Joy and Union in Carlyle. The caller reported guns had been displayed.

Both Tyler and Dwanne Duke remain in jail awaiting the formal filing of charges. Bail has been set at $75,000 each with no contact provisions issued. They are both scheduled for December 22, status hearings.
