CARBONDALE — The SIU Carbondale Department of Public Safety needs your help solving an alleged armed robbery that happened late Tuesday night.

According to a department report, the victim reported being robbed at gunpoint during a drug deal around 11 p.m. Tuesday in SIU Lot 14.

Safety officials didn’t hear about the incident until the victim reported it the next day. They say the suspect was with two other men. They took $80 and an iPhone 6 from the victim. The suspects left from the scene in an unknown vehicle.
