Donald Hemmings, Jr., was arrested last month in Indiana, on a Marion County warrant charging him with four felony counts delivery of methamphetamine and two counts delivery of heroin.

Hemmings remains in custody in Evansville, Indiana, with bail set at $50,000. He has recently waived extradition back to Illinois and will now be transported back to Marion County to be tried on the charges.

Law enforcement says two others charged in connection with the eight-month joint investigation into drug sales remain wanted and one is already in the Illinois Department of Corrections on unrelated charges.

Note: Hemmings arrived at the Marion County Jail Tuesday afternoon. It’s expected he’ll be formally arraigned on the charges Wednesday in Marion County Court.
