According to police, while at a home on East Perry Street in Sandoval, Travis Wooters forcibly took keys to a vehicle owned by an acquaintance after she refused to allow him to borrow the car.
The alleged victim was reportedly standing behind the car, but told police she moved out of the way when it appeared Wooters would back over her.
She said Wooters also told her she would be sorry if she reported the incident to police.
Centralia police were able to locate both Wooters and the vehicle in the 600 block of McKee Street late Friday night.
