Christopher Carroll had been sentenced in February to 4-years probation after he’d pleaded guilty to Class 2 felony burglary.
In July Carroll was arrested for burglary in Clinton County, which resulted in Marion County filing a petition to revoke his probation. He pleaded guilty Wednesday to the charge in Clinton County and was sentenced to 3-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
The sentences will be served concurrently and when completed he will have to complete two years mandatory supervised release.
