CARLYLE — Juanita “Lou” Lugenia Parker, 77, of Carlyle, formerly of Centralia, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Juanita was born March 31, 1946 in Salem, the daughter of Oran Webb and Juanita “Carter” Webb. She married William Dwain Parker on May 14, 1965 and he preceded her in death on January 12, 1995. She later married Gale Loss and they later separated.

Juanita is survived by three daughters: Juanita “Genia” Parker of Centralia, Annie Fields of Carlyle, and Peggy Sauter and husband Kenny of Knoxville, TN; six grandchildren: Suanna Parker, Anna Marie Lange and husband Dustin, Parker Fields, Nicole Blazier and husband Danny, Briana Sauter, and Kendra Sauter; eight great-grandchildren: Seamus Parker-McAleese, Ryder Fields, Ralynn Fields, Riverlynn Lange, Avari Fields, Tinsley Silvey, Christian Gallatin, and Skylar Blazier on the way; two sisters: Ann Brown, Toni Tuss brothers: Ted Webb, Terry Webb, and Michael Webb; also surviving is several nieces and nephews.

Juanita is preceded in death by her parents: Oran Webb and Juanita Webb; and husband: William Dwain Parker.
Juanita’s life was her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, and being outdoors. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Services for Juanita Lugenia Parker will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia with Pastor Mike Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Centralia.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to the time of service on Friday at the Funeral Home.
