Most of you reading this new my wife in some capacity. Family member, friend, student, parent, coworker…. Who you didn’t know is the beautiful loving woman that I knew. When we were married and she moved into our new home, she gave her home to my mom. A friend lost her home and Jenny found and gave her a home for her and her child. Thanks to her Daddy, she had a special place in her heart for Vietnam Veterans. Every time she saw a man in that age group who seemed to be going without, she would stop and give him something. Food, money or just a cold drink on a hot day and always her beautiful smile. More than anything she loved teaching the little ones and taking the time to learn how they learned and show them the way. Because a dedicated teacher back in school did the same for her. That teacher became her mentor and eventually her boss. My Jenny loved living and tried her hardest to make this world a more beautiful place for all in it. My heart aches today for the woman I always told “Baby you are so pretty, and I am so lucky.” I will never stop loving you Mrs. Johnson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
