Ricky Lee McIntosh, Sr., of Dix, Illinois, formerly of Iuka, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026. He was born on October 7, 1955, to Gerald Eugene McIntosh and Annabelle (Hicks) McIntosh.

Ricky is survived by his children: Ricky McIntosh, Jr. (Ligaya) of Odin, Illinois; Stephani Roohani of Augusta, Georgia; and Alyssa Carroll (Darren) of Salem, Illinois. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Karen McIntosh; his siblings, Vickie Bailey (Doug) of Salem, Illinois, Dennis McIntosh (Tami) of Iuka, Illinois, and Sandy Collins (Scott) of Carterville, Illinois; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Gary Eugene McIntosh; and his sons, Matthew Wade McIntosh and Daniel Lee McIntosh.

Per his wishes, there will be no public services. A private graveside burial will be held with family at Sandy Branch Cemetery in Kinmundy. Crouse Funeral Home in Salem is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.CrouseFH.com.
