CARLYLE LAKE – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Carlyle Lake Project will host the annual Celebrate the Outdoors event on Friday, April 24, 2026. To ensure the safety of all participants, the Dam West Boat Ramp, Dam West Day Use, and a portion of Lake Road will be temporarily closed to the public. The Dam West Boat Ramp will close beginning Thursday evening, April 23. The Dam West Day Use and a portion of Lake Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 24.
All facilities will reopen on Friday at 3 p.m. following the event’s conclusion.
