47 year old Christopher Beal of Kimmundy is facing a long list of charges after leading Centralia police on a high-speed chase that crossed airport property. Officers say the pursuit began when Beal was spotted leaving Huck’s without a license plate, then accelerated through city streets at speeds more than 35 miles per hour over the limit. Police say he crashed through a fence and drove along a runway before stopping on Schwartz Road, where he was taken into custody. Investigators say methamphetamine and cannabis were found in the vehicle.
