WASHINGTNON COUNTY — A 19-year-old Irvington teen who police were seeking on multiple charges in Clinton County for sexual assault is free on bail after being arrested over the weekend in Washington County.

Austin Lange has been charged in Clinton County court with three counts criminal sexual assault.

According to Centralia police, the victim of the alleged offense was a 14-year-old female. The incident allegedly took place at the girl’s home in July and was reported to police the next day.

The case has been under investigation since it was reported and Lange has been questioned by police.

Lange has two active orders of protection filed against him since July. He’s due in court on those two cases October 15.
