MARION COUNTY — A 19-year-old Salem teen is facing a Class X felony charge in Marion County court following his arrest over the weekend for alleged possession of methamphetamine.
Kemper Hotze was formally charged Monday morning with possession of between 100 and 400 grams of meth.
Marion County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hotze for alleged possession of meth as well as on an outstanding Marion County warrant for failing to appear on an earlier meth possession case.
This is the third meth-related case filed against Hotze this year, with two cases filed in April.
