Steven Kuklinski, who had been facing residential burglary and felony theft of more than $10,000, pleaded guilty to the burglary charge, in exchange for the felony theft charges being dismissed as part of the deal.

This plea deal comes a week after Kuklinski pleaded guilty to burglary charges in Clinton County court, where he was also given a 15-year sentence that will run concurrent to the Washington County term.

He also had convictions in Randolph County in 2009 and another charge in Clinton County in 2002.

Due to his past criminal history, Kuklinski was sentenced as a Class X offender, requiring three years of supervised release following his sentence.

He will also be fined an unspecified amount and be required to pay restitution. Judge Daniel Emge, who presided over the hearing, affirmed the plea negotiations as presented.
