Christopher Carroll was sentenced Thursday in Marion County court to 3-years in prison after he agreed to the petition to revoke his probation in a felony burglary case.

He had been sentenced the day before in Clinton County to 3-years on a separate burglary charge. The two sentences are to run concurrently.

Marion County Resident Circuit Judge Mark Stedelin on Thursday allowed Carroll to take a furlough before turning himself in Monday to begin serving his prison sentence.

However, he was arrested Sunday when he was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia when he was a passenger in a car police had stopped.
